CL stands for child lock. The KangerTech CLTANK is designed to fulfill the requirements of the new Tobacco Products Directive, and part of its TPD compliance is a new assembly that makes it difficult for a child to access the contents of the tank. Borrowing from the popular CUBIS platform, the CLTANK utilizes a cupped design with an inverted coil. The chimney is built into the top cap instead of the base, with the atomizer installed at the bottom of the central tube and dipping into the juice. With no tank access from the bottom, the CLTANK is completely leakproof. It stores the best e-juice similar to the way a cup holds water – simply twist the cap and fill the tank to the max line.
